OMFG! ONY DOWN!

So we were bored.

"Let's go kill a dragon or something" someone said.

But not any old dragon. Let's kill ONYXIA!!! (cue onimous music)

So, only 7 brave souls stepped up from the guild, Silver, Levi, Card, Little, Mukim (who's a dragon virgin), Spy and Boss, and we proceeded to Dustwallow marsh. And proceeded to get lost trying to find Ony's Lair.

Upon arrival, "OMG! There's a blardy summon stone here. [CENSCORED]" Well, at least we know little won't get lost making her way there.

So we zoned in. Pew pew-ed down a few trash mobs. Spy realising that they are resistant to fire. And realising that Ony is blardy IMMUNE to fire!

Full of confidence after owning a few trash mobs, we proceeded with the pull. Card then decides to die to a deep breath, a condition which I hear was quite common in the past, and we (sob) wipe.

Never mind, we rez up, and try again. I think Ony was scared of us then, cos she went hiding in her egg cave. So we had to try to "encourage" her to come out, mainly with a few frostbolts up her arse.



So, the brave 7 fought valiantly, Levi, declaring war on the whelps, only for spy to save his sorry behind time and time again, Little, deciding to see how fun it would be tanking Ony (quite fun!), and Spy, wondering if he could get out one last frostbolt before phase 2 ended (no, he couldn't, at least, not without drawing aggro, yes, he went splat).

And finally, when all was almost over, Ony at 2%, Merlinn decides to pay the whelp eggs a visit. Suddenly, a swarm of whelps stream from the cave, engulfing Levi. Screw it, we said, and just pew pew-ed Ony down. Woot!

Little and Mukim now have their T2 helms, and DDBank a lot more void crystals.

And now Spy had the Head of Ony, who wants to see me turn it in?

Oh, did I mention she dropped 26g. For Each Of Us.
